Debit orders
I have requested a quotation from this company, and their premiums where higher than my current insurer and informed the consultant that I will not be taking the quote. But now they are currently debiting my account every month. When I call to enquire as to why they are debiting me whilst I’m not insured with them, they always give me the run around with no clear explanation. I have been sending emails and they refuse to stop debiting my account.
