debit order dispute

I opened a policy *** with auto and general in January 2021 The premium was agreed to R 1547,00 a month and that was debited from my Capitec account since then Last month all of the sudden I was debited R 2516,00. Called Auto and general and I was told to contact my broker ( Argo ) and when I called Argo, I was told that they didn't know why that amount was debited from my account and auto and general should explain to me why they debited that amount. To date neither auto and general or Argo can explain the reason of that debit God bless
