Debit order

I just recently took a policy with them and in 4days they debit order incl admin fee commenced then todays after again the debit order took place,and when i reversed they canceled my car insurance.<br> The sales consultant that helped me mentioned it will debit once for June the next one July <br> When i call non wants to take responsibility i am currently frustrated and angry with their experience.<br> <br> I think all they wanted is a sale and mislead me with the information <br> <br> My policy number is ***.
