Damaged my car

After the accident where my fender, light and bumper was damaged, my car got towed to a yard, where it waited a couple days then got moved to Orbit coachworks.

I have absolutely no idea what happened between the accident and now but here is the list of issues, THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

ISSUES: - My key is broken - My ignition is lose most of the car has fine scratches all over it - The bonnet, boot and roof never had a single scratch on it, everywhere is full of scratches. I was supposed to do a car show in canal walk the week of the accident. It didn't have one scratch on it before this. - The car is dirty and the paint feels rough. I detailed the car a month before the accident. - The battery I bought last year,(the date is on there), it got flat from standing for so long, but someone threw so much water in there, there was acid all over the engine bay and way too much in the battery, I took it to a battery specialist yesterday. - There is overspray in certain areas of the car. - The lip wasn't fitted right when I collected it, so they tried to fix it and chipped some paint is chipping near the light already. I collected it yesterday, it is standing at home with no battery, I barely made it home as the car was not driving right, probably because of the battery, 3 lights on my dash was on also.

Please sort this out ASAP. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
