Didn't even contact company liable for damaging my car? Imagine paying monthly to rely on a company to support you when something goes wrong & they do a half assed job? You guys okay there? Do staff get proper training? or is the company hiring random people cause they wouldn't have to pay them as much as someone who actually knows what their doing?
