Auto & General business insurance Well from the first day dealing with this company was UNPROFESSIONAL. Asked for business insurance was sent a quote on personal insurance. Only knowing this when my debit order did not go off and queried it. Found out was INCORRECTLY QUOTED. I then received the corrected quote. An amount can off my bank account. Today get a call saying my insurance has been cancelled due to me reversing my debit order. They say Debicheck was reversed. I have never approved a debicheck on FNB as nothing has come through. This was a manual eft done to be covered. How ***********. Can only imagine how a claim would be handled if this is the shocking service one receives.
