Customer service is the best, they will make you feel comfortable and free to ask if you don't understand. I wanted to cancel my car insurance with Auto and General because I got a less offer somewhere but Auto and General gave me a much lower offer I couldn't resist. One thing I realized is that with Auto and General is not about the money is about a happy customer. Thank you so much Auto and General ☺
