Contractual breach

I was told that I DO NOT need a tracking device on my vehicle. This was obviously just told to me to close the sale. On policy commenced, I started getting SMSs, requesting "proof of tracking device". Furthermore, a policy schedule was only sent to me when I requested one, 6 days AFTER policy commencement. Had I received the policy before, I would have queried the "tracking device" condition. I'm going back to Outsurance. They're expensive but at least they're honest.

The last straw was when I contacted the complaints department via e-mail, supplying my ID number (remember, NO policy had been sent to me, so I did NOT have policy number). They rep**** back within 27 hours requesting my policy number or ID number. They did not read the e-mail ; my ID number is CLEAR on the e-mail.
