Continious spam calls

After multiple spam calls I am still receiving sales pitch calls frequently and on some days even 2 to 4 from various deparments of Auto and General, King price etc etc. On every call I cleary state that they should be removing my call from their database - I am needing someone from Auto and General to confirm that my data has been removed from their system.
