Continious spam calling after request for removal

I have previously reported Auto and General here for Spam/marketing-related calling me continuously after which they agreed to remove me from their calling list. In the last month again I received multiple calls from sister companies mentioning that it is a brand of Auto and General. This morning was the cherry on the cake when an automated machine played me a song while I had to wait for an operator only to realize that the operator is completely ***********. THIS IS BEYOND FRUSTRATING and I would demand an email letter confirming that all my details have been permanently removed from all your company's databases and will take action with the POPI act further if it happens again!!
