Consulting false information

Last week i called and asked for advice in regards to my dads Personal Accident Policy Claim. I spoke to a gentleman and explained to him that my dads is in no capacity to talk, walk or even make any decisions. I wanted to submit a hospital claim as there's no income coming in and im now fearful of how ill pay hes car or policies. The i called again last week and the lady said they can make a payout provided the doctor states my dads state and i did so. They sent me the forms and i went to the hospital to complete. The doctor completed the forms and i called today to ask how i submit them. Then i told now a different story saying that my daf has to be discharged, but my question is how will Auto and General be paid this month as theres no income coming in. But im highly dissatisfied and for the lady to instruct me so rudely today Kefiloe or Refiloe didnt get her name but was very rude. I demand that all the consultants i spoke to last week to please be referred to and be address with thos issue so that i know what should be done.
