Consultant disgusting service, refuse to pay third party claim

The story is on the 27th of October, I was at a robot on John slovo drive, waiting for it to open. The lady on my Left was also standing still. Next thing she rammed into my car, she says she was being highjacked and was in a panic.

We went to Yoevile police station and opened a case.

I then called her insurer, auto and general to open a claim, I spoke to the rudest consultant in my life, May I request that the call be listened to. Firstly he sounded un interested to speak to me when he first answered the call, then after I asked him his name, he spoke to me as if im the lady that sits with him during lunch. He told me I drink, told me I am tired I must got back to work. I was so confused if he was speaking to me or his colleagues. He obviously could not register my claim and transferred me till I got a consultant who could help.

After registering the claim few weeks later I get an sms from them to say I must call auto and general regarding my claim.

I call back and spoke to Luther, who also sounded like he was talking to his buddy and kept me on hold to read notes. then he tells me that they will not be liable for the damages to my car because the client was being hijacked. As the consultant was speaking, I hung up because I’m not going to listen to this nonsense. What is third party for then? No one assessed my car or asked for any pics, next thing they telling me they not Going to pay for the damages? I asked the consultant if I should then take their client to my lawyers? He said I can do that if I want to …. What nonsense is that?
