She is amazing, prompt and went beyond to ensure everything was done correctly. The agents before her were absolutely useless. Wasted my time and failed to do their task and didn't even reach out for follow-up or call back when the phone line disconnected, they even failed to execute the activation of the policy. Good company but needs retraining of inadequate staff.
