Complaint ***1 ZERO Resolution
My policy was cancelled on 26 November 2021 and I was explicitly told I can expect my refund within 2 - 4 working days.
I already checked my transfers in on my Private Banking account, and ZERO line item for Auto & General except the money out for premium after 7 working days starting 29 November 2021!!
I have emailed the Head of Auto & General and still waiting for PAY BACK THE MONEY!!!!
