Complain

I'm Sinethemba Khanyile insured by Auto and General. On the 5th of December 2019, I got a car accident. I did a claim on the same day. I waited 2 months for a vehicle repair. On the 26th of January 2020, Sunaina from Newcastle Supertech BMW called me to come and collect the car on 31st of January 2020. I found a car not done, bumper colour is differ with the colour of the car, bumper and number plate are loosing, the was not working, they left a hole without cover in front of the bumper. I appeal you to assist me with this matter. I'm really not happy while I paid the full amount.
