Hello Peter South Africa and Auto & General Insurance Company Ltd my name is percy Khosa I had car and home content insurance with auto and general, and upon joining the home content insurance I specified that I no longer have proof of purchase for most items and they advised that I must have pictures of all my contents in case something happen they might request those pictures as proof. then I did everything they told me and kept them in my phone. on the 30th of March 2021 there's was a break in into my house while I was away for two days and they stole all small items including clothes and appliances I then reported the matter to the saps and @autoandgeneral insurance whereby they wanted to pay me R43 000.00 for everything and I queried it because all my ****** staff worth R193000. 00 and I took it to dispute department whereby they concluded thay they will pay R85000. 00 is a take it or leave and i took the 85k to kick start my life back because I was down on my knees but even now I am still deeply hurt because I am struggling to recover I still need to work hard to replace most items. Can hello Peter assist me to make noise to @autoandgeneral to pay the remaining amount.
