My vehicle has been invoved in an accident on the 19th of April, there was a tow truck that towed the vehicle witout anyones permission, my driver he did reported the accident and now i do not know where he is, I have emailed Mbalenhle Dirulelo National Towing & Salvage Consultant regarding the following

Please see attached pictures of where my vehicle is being stored. 1. There is a normal wire fencing that gets taken in and out to park vehicles there for storage. 2. There is no security around the area. 3. There is no offices of such not a single human being was found on this premise, so anyone can break or jump over the fence an ***** vehicle parts. 4. There is no gates access like there quote suggested. It is quite evident that this towing company is not following the proper guidelines in terms of costing with the RMI neither do I think they are RMI approved. This seems as if it is a fly by night company that forcefully tow cars from scenes and then charge these fees.

I am in no situation to pay this amount and by next week they will say to us that this is now R50000 owing what happens next??

This matter has to be investigated by your loss adjudicator team even though the car hasn’t reached this point.

I need the vehicle to be assessed asap.

I am working with the saps with regards to opening a case of the vehicle being ******, but currently the guy driving is missing and I cannot get hold of him.

Please can you refer this matter further up so it can be dealt with asap.

i need the loss adjudicators to look into this owing business that is not charging fees accordingly and isn't RMI approved they told my driver that they will contact me who is the owner for towing authorisation, till today they have not so now they have the vehicle i need you guys to begin with the inspection, i cannot pay over 35000 to them which is utter ******* in terms of storage. Auto and general needs to get the team to investigate this company as it seems it is not legit and retrieve the vehicle asap, i am also working with the saps with regards to a theft case.

Please advise how can you guys assist with the vehicle not being in these ******* peoples possession any longer.
