REF no ‪***2‬ I took my car for repairs through your permission to Auto Magic Strydom Park on the 26 Jan 2026. The driver door war ruined during the accident. They then found additional damages that are accident related (driver door window mechanism) they only approve 1 apart as per info. I got from panelbeater.

I have been waiting for you to give positive response but you give nothing. They have been sending me from pillar to post. The assessor did not do all what was expected. The Budget people told me that they can't get hold of the assessor. I was told that they will use their assessor till today there is nothing. It's been 5 weeks waiting, I don't have any means of transport. Last week i wanted to talk to the supervisor from Budget and promised that they will call after 24hrs but they didn't. I'm tired of being treated unfairly, it enough. I need help tired of waiting.
