Client feeling dumped

I'm in a middle of a war with a towing company whom claimed to work with Auto&General by using the name and false evidence(business cards), My cellphone was dead at the time in the middle of nowhere and could not call my insurance- hence i accepted the help because the evidence was legit enough for me. I've been up and down with the police,detectives and trying to find legals to help me get my car out on my own because there is nothing they (Auto&General) can do because i'm responsible for it. Ok fine, I'll take the blame..but what hurts the most is that there's someone out there using their name (auto&general) to get clients and they are not doing anything about it. how many more Auto&General's clients have to suffer in this area because of this people(towing guys)? its really not fair to us as clients.
