Claims; Mbali Rachel Madiba and Ricardo Coetzee

I've experienced the most terrible service from Mpho Rachel Madiba; Uninsured Liabilities Consultant. The manner in which she spoke to was unbelievable, over and above that she expects me to do her job telling me to get a footage of an accident which took place in November 2024. My claim has still not been resolved. According to TCF (treating customers fairly) the client is always right and should be treated with respect but not from her; most disgusting manners ever. If a consultant is on leave one should not wait for them to return bearing in mind it was festive holidays. There should always be someone taking over their work to ensure effectiveness and productivity of the business. Because I am not a client of Auto and General does not mean I should get treated like a ***. I'm disgusted by the procrastination and most importantly the way they I was treated. I am currently in contact with the NFOSA (National Financial Ombud Scheme South Africa). General manager Ricardo Coetzee please fix your house because it's a mess!!!!
