claims department closed for the day!!!!
I have cellphone insurance with auto and general . Today 30/03/2015 I was in the unfortunate position of needing to claim. I called the number on my documents *** to put in a claim...I followed the instructions of the voice prompts leading to the claims department were there was a voice message saying they are closed for the afternoon! And the time was 8am!!! I called again and spoke to some other gentleman who transferred me to another person who gave me another number to call. I have in total been given these numbers ***<br> ***<br> ***<br> ***<br> All just to put in a claim for cellphone!!! An I still haven't been helped!! Pathetic, disgusting service!
