Infact i had some few questions after my claim was approved. I called Auto & General for clarity. Explanation was given and am now happy about everything. We sometimes tend to expect insurance companies to play some miracles forgetting that we still have to play our part. We talk badly when the verdict is not on our side but when they approve our claims we become silence.
