Claim/Repairs

<p>Its been two months since i last had a car! I got involved in an accident in the second week of august, the insurance paid the claim about after 20 days, fair enough, but then after that i am liable to always call repairers and always get the same story that it is about to start the step 1 of repairs! After two months i get an sms to that effect today on 28 September 2017 As for my insurance company i believe having settled the claim exonerates them of any liability of getting me my car back. i have written countless emails and the consultant at #Auto&amp;General by the name of Zane, whom i spoke to on 28 Sep said it seems to be only me who is complaining as the business is doing very good. Lana at Proline, lies to me and my girlfriend on daily basis, her lies are unsettling! to this day i bet my car has not even went for inspection and that there are no parts to even start with. for past two months, firstly after the insurance paid, i was told the repairs have commenced, on 28 Sep i am told the car is about to start with repairs I suppose i am one client who isnt worth to be listened to but never undermine the word of mouth. i am planning on return to all social media spheres to lambast poor service i got from this two giants.</p>
