CLAIM STILL NOT PROCESSED OR DEALT WITH FOR MORE THAN 7 WEEKS!!!!!!

This company deserves ZERO STARS!!!!

So, I have buildings and contents insurance with this pathetic company. I submitted a claim on 23 December, they sent out a claims assessor / supplier on 27 Dec to assess the damage, whereby I was told they r gonna get back to me within 72 hours?? Guess what? I AM STILL WAITING!!!!!! I have been calling them NON STOP ****erally EVERYDAY) and everyday u speak to a different consultant and they keep on telling me they have sent authorisation to their supplier to FIX MY STOVE, but no one ever came???!!!!!! When I called the supplier, the supplier said they r still waiting on AUTO & GENERAL for authorization from A&G?? How convenient is that lmao!!!! Pathetic!!

You guys r quick to collect the premium EVERY Month, but fail to process & assist with claims? REALLY NOW?? So UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

No one ever called to find out if the claim has been finalized or anything!!!! Surely u guys can c if u have pending CLAIMS!!!!!!!!!!!

I WANT A CALL BACK FROM SOMEONE ASAP AND THIS MATTER TO BE DEALT WITH ASAP!!!
