claim rejectio

My husband attended a workshop at natures rest in east london.our car got ****** and it was recovered crashed near cove rock.we registered a claim wth auto and general on07 November 2015 same of the incident.my claim was rejected because they say the regular driver was my husband and not myself as a policy holder and my point of argument is that the car didnt crash in the hands of my hubby but of the person who stole the car.above all my insurance package says the car cld be driven by anyone as long as s/he is not drunk and have a valid drivers licence.also there is no satisfactory investigation done because their investigators never went to natures rest to enquire about the incident or even request for the footages because that resort have cameras.i am totally disatisfied and unhappy,feeling cheated as well because the premiums are up to date.
