Claim process feedback

I do not normally write reviews but i must applaud a very good experience with A&G. Had an issue with a burst pipe underground from the main feed into my property. From their consultant on first contact right the way through to the processing consultant. Both were super friendly and professional. The process took me around 30 minutes or so on the first contact call. The next day i received a call and an email from Alison Manuel (Processing consultant). I emailed her the invoice from the plumber as requested and within 2/3 days i was refunded less my excess.

I would definitely recommend A&G for home building insurance!!
