claim problems with our insurance

<p>i have experienced a terrible service with auto and general car insurance, my insurance cover includes Rim and Tyres and road assistance. In September i had a tyre puncher driving to Limpopo, i contacted my insurance to assistance and they told me they can only assist me on Monday because they cannot assist me on Saturday.i had to change my tyre and use a spare wheel until Monday, on Monday i call my insurance and they told me to take my vehicle to Middleburg for assessment as i am residing at Machadosdorp. On my way to Middleburg i had another puncher and i contacted my insurance, they send a tow-truck to take my vehicle to Middleburg. the following day the insurance people told me that my policy for Rim tyre is been cancelled, but they dont know cancelled it. but to my surprise they debiting the premium every month. i have received an email, saying my policy is reinstated,it is 3 weeks now without a vehicle, they not saying anything to me.please assist i really need help on this matter.</p>
