Claim on the storm water and leaking pipes

I am not satisfied with the service I received, the damage in my house due to water was cupboard, ceiling, lights and water pipe. I attended to the leaking pipe because I would not stay without water in the house, the money that was paid out was too little to cover even for the cupboard alone. Everytime I was talking to a different person who did not prioritize my problem hence I repaired water pipes without you authorizing it. The stove is not yet attended to. I cannot really say I am satisfied, am actually disappointed!!!
