Claim on home content insurance

Late in April i had an unfortunate incident where they broke into my house and stole my belongings while I was away. So I went through the whole daunting task of having to make a claim because most reviews have been about how insurance companies give you the run around when you make a claim unlike how smooth the process is when they are getting you onboard. Fortunately for me, I did not experience such with Auto and General for my home contents claim. Jason, was so professional in making sure that I submitted all outstanding documents and he updated me on every step of the process. My claim has been settled and the outstanding service from Jason made the whole process quick and smooth sailing.
