Claim not finalised

I submitted a claim on 8th January 2016 for a switchboard that was hit by lightning and had to be replaced.<br> I was told that the claim would be finalised within 2 to 3 days. To date this claim has still not been finalised, despite ongoing phone calls, emails and numerous messages left for this consultant which are not returned.
