claim from auto&general re- motor vehichle

on 7/7/15, my son dropped me at work then went of to cape town..On his way to town he was involved in a accident.. On 10/7 i went to their offices to find out if they started on the case, on which they answered yes.. Since then I've been struggling with the insurance.. within the following 2 weeks i was on leave I contacted them several times.. Every tome they waited on the report from the assessor named Alexander.. on one time Alexanders computer crashed and thats why it took so long for a report that takes 2-3 working days to be retrieved. Im at home now for 4 weeks and the company is still trying to get hold of a third party. they cannot reach the third person by phone or have no address for him.. The insurance contacted my work for personal information ie. if i drive my car to work? is other people driving with me? can they give names to them of my friends... they also contacted my son's place of employment.. <br> on 4/8 I contacted Telesure, they told me the claim will be settled on 5/8 but today 7/8 they are now looking for a third party.. can you please assist me <br> I had to take extra leave because it is difficult to get to my workplace with public transport
