Claim for loss.

My claim submitted 2/5/2023 was declined due to T's and C's not reflected in my policy document. Upon my refusal to accept the outcome, the Claims Manager reviewed my claim on 5/5/2023. I was informed at close of business day that my claim was accepted. On 9/5/2023 I received payment.
