Well yes ... Accident happens 01/02/2022 We need the vehicle and with Ryan's permission from Auto & General let's replace the radiator @ R3114.50. He then said that we just have to send in the invoice and then they will reimburse us for it.

Furthermore we have to take the vehicle to Sectri Auto Body for a quote for other damage to vehicle - Quote R10079.52.

Radiator + damage = R13194.02

Receive an email from Auto & General today .... They are going to settle the clain R 8554.85 less excess R 5400 = R 3154.85 ...... in other words the amount they pay out only covers the radiator.

How ridiculous ..... Do not know what quote they are working on if the panel beaters with whom the car was physically quoted R10079.52 with the radiator excluded.

My experience with Auto & General at this stage is very bad.
