Good Day<br> <br> I hereby lay a complaint against AdminPlus who does your claim Admin.<br> <br> Here is what happened:<br> <br> I have a VAS plan with you guys where my Cellphone is insured and I pay R287.80 pm to insure my device.<br> <br> I took the cover on the 11 June and it would first deduct on in July<br> <br> It so happened that my phone got lost on Saturday the 03/10/2015, and I then Blacklisted the device on the Same Day then went to SAPS on Sunday 04/10/2015 to open a Case and get a case No as requested by you. On Monday Morning I then Called the number on the front cover of the Policy documents, ***, and as I selected the Claims option it just rang and I never got an answer. I had to google for Auto and Generals No which I got a No that was able to transfer and provide me to the correct claims department. I managed to get a Consultant that goes by the name of Justin who assisted me and logged the claim for me. I asked Justin if I wouldn't be required to submit any documents like an affidavit or the printout from the SAPS and he said No everything would be done electronically. He told me that the claim would go for vetting and I would be called within 24 hours.<br> <br> Tuesday morning came I had not re
