Claim

I reported damage to my boundary wall. An *********** assessor, has submitted silly assessment. He recommended R4000 payout for the claim. I know want auto and general to hire their own contractor to fix the whole wall and deduct excess. How can you buy bricks, sand, cement, plates primer, paint the wall, labour remove rubble with costs R1200 kn average on R4000 budget. I think this stupid Assessor has never built a house and does not even know costs of material. I wonder how he got appointed to do this work. I am considering to move all my 4 policies back to Outsurance as a result of this unpleasant experience. I need to see urgent action and resolution
