Claim

I was hit by a metal object on the 17th of September on R80 (Mabopane Highway) which damaged my car, i then laid a claim with y insurance which i then took the car for inspection of the damages and i have been waiting since, i got no call from the insurance to tell me what is going on, and then to my surprise i got a call from them asking me about previous insurance companies i was insured with in order to validate the claim, i mean really i have been driving for 8 yrs and you want me to remember all the insurance companies i have been insured with, i mean what does this history have to do with my claim now, i pay every month for this insurance so that when im in an accident they can fix my car, i mean thats what insurance is all about at the end of the day, and then you give me stupid explanation that you validating now to check if im paying the right premium meanwhile im driving with a damaged car, im so dissatisfied with their service in fact i will advise people not to use this company...when they busy debiting they dont validate anything and then come claim time they tell you about validating ****...
