Cindy took my call
Cindy took my call . Which related to the notification that I'd recieved regarding my premium that was increading on the 1st of July . She explained the reason for the Increase Ans when I explained that the revised premium was unaffordable. She reviewed my policy , my risk factors and offered me a lower premium with the same benefits .
