Extremely dissatisfied with the services, the panel beaters stole some of the valuables in my vehicle i.e. my spare wheel and memory stick. The collections department does not want to recover my excess amount from the other party despite calling them and reminding them. My car took too long to repair for the type of damage it had and it was not repaired properly, they told me to come back of which i did then i was told the technician was not in. Yet premiums keep increasing.
