Cenede cancelled my policy without my concern and STINKING SERVICE FROM KAGISO

<p>I've around 4:30pm today spoken to cenede who succeeded in retaining after I wanted to cancel. However to my surprise after reassuring me she's cancelling the Budget insurance on my behalf that I've just taken out, she cancelled my A&amp;G policy. Now my policy inception date is going to be 9 December 2017. My policy with You started vin February 2016 but because of 1 week cancellation and reinstatement in reflected as DOC March 2017 now because of this another mess I'm going to lose on my cash back of my DOC recvordedvas March now is going to be December 2017. As for the most useless agent KAGISO WHO WAS BEYOND ARROGANT MAKING ME FEEL LIKE IT IS MY FAUKT THAT I CALLED MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE OF BUSINESS. KAGISO MAYBE YOU FORGOT, YOU ARE PAID TO PROVIDE CKIENT SERVICE AND YOU NEED SOFT S****S TRAINING. YOU'RE SO USELESS. I WONDERB HOW YOU'RE EMPLOYED. THUS THE INCOMPETENCE AT A&amp;G.
