Car repaired without consent

I would just like to express my unhappiness with Auto and General for fixing my car without my consent.<br> After I told the consultant that I am not happy with the excess amount payable and that she must forward me the quotation so that I can have a look at it and take it to a different panel beater she then said the recoveries department will contact me within 24 hours and if I do not want my car to be repaired I can notify them. <br> No one from the recoveries department made contact with me at all and then I received a call from the panel beater on Saturday to inform me the car is ready for collection and that I must pay the excess upon collecting the car. Then today I received another call from the panel beater to say the car is ready for collection and about an hour later they phoned again saying that the car is not ready yet.<br> A&amp
