Car insurance warranty

Good day Auto & General failed me to this date, I took my car to the dealership in Renault for a clutch repair, and they refused to cover me, their reasons was, they don't cover the worn clutch again they said it was burnt, alright fine no problem, I then asked for the recording of the day I took the policy with them, Invain I did not get it, by the way the car was at the dealership for almost six weeks and i was the one doing the follow up, they only told me they will pay for the stripping of the car, until this date they haven't paid, I then yesterday went to the dealership to pay the total amount of R9. 532 in total, since the consultant lady has send the email saying the will pay the money into my account, none of this happened and everything month the debit order is going out of my bank account, so from here how do I go about, while Auto & General failed me.
