Car insurance claim

I was extremely nervous when having to claim as this was my first time claiming from any insurance company and I am very impressed and pleased with how fast and professional auto and general has been, especially in such a stressful situation. My claim was put through on the 30th December, and the 1st week of January my claim was approved, The person who handled my claim was Renee and she was so friendly and helpful and informative. I have heard so much bad experiences from other people and their insurances in this time of how things went when they claimed and I was honestly expecting the same bad service but I don't regret taking auto and general as my insurance company.. I would definitely recommend them.
