Can't my vehicle disc

Hi, I have a problem with your insurance company, cause I was involved in an accident and the vehicle was written off. Then I bought another vehicle, but now I see that the vehicle which I had insured with you is still under my name even though the vehicle was written off in 2021.

Now I can't renew the disc of my current vehicle, cause the Renault Sandero is still under my name, it is owing money and it blocking me from paying the disc for my current vehicle.

I don't understand why the vehicle is still under my name, even though it was written off by Auto and General.

My disc has expired and I can't renew it because of you.
