Cancelled my policy but they are still deducting :-(

<p> i requested to cancel my policy as i found a cheaper one, then i submitted my request to Maxine Stevens who is a broker ********** she asked me to send the proof of my alternative insurance i sent it on the 22nd of September and it's clear that nothing was done.</p>
