Cancellation on \Their"assumption."""
Today is the 7th August 2015. Almost a month has passed since they broke in by us.
The insurance company Auto & General informed me today that my policy is cancelled because they feel there was a lies regarding the claim and because of this they have cancelled the entire policy on an assumption.
This itself shouldn't be acceptable. The assessor they sent out have everything on recording, took almost a month to resolve this and then we get told its cancelled because they've come to the conclusion we ****. ****.
What would I have to be gained by it? At the end of the day I feel unfair and pushes the boundaries of *******.
It has taken you almost month to come to this conclusion as an assumption from a assessor that couldn't accommodate us because he said you assumed that we ****.
Now besides the fact that we are already not happy with the LACK of service but then to get more traumatic news because of an assumption that we **** after providing EVERYTHING that was asked is unacceptable.
