Canceled policy without authorization
Paid every month, but now I hear my policy was canceled because of no payment. How in the world do you cancel a policy without letting the client know? NEVER!!!

27 Oct 2022, 19:23After struggling yesterday to sort out the unauthorized cancelation with Auto&General, they call me this morning to ask if i want to cancel my policy. WHAT???? They just started the new policy for crying out loud! Anyway, I told them by all means, cancel the policy. Not 10min later I receive an email that says..."The following policy (ies) has/have been reviewed recently and
regrettably your risk profile does not allow for further cover" SERIOUSLY??? NOW I'M A RISK?
