Cancel insurance and still pay for 4 years no refund
<p>In 2011 i had a dent and scratch cover by auto and general with comprehensive cover for my ford ranger 3.0 tdci. I sold my vehicle in 2012 january and cancelled the insurance with the dent cover. Auto and general kept on taking money for the dent cover but stopped with comprehensive cover i reversed it from my bank account but still thet took the money again. They have being taking it for the last 4 year and 9months. I phoned them again to ask them why they still take money. According to them its not cancelled but the comprehensive cover is. Now they refuse to pay back the money they took from my account for a cover i cancelled that time for the last 4 years and 9months. Is it possible that you can assist. I even took new insurance from them when i bought the new vehicle after the Ford Ranger. </p>

The problem i did cancel both with your team and they only cancelled the one. The fault is on your side and needs to be resolved.
