Call efficiency

I called auto and general to log a claim for the hail damage my car incurred. My call was first answered promptly. I did expect to wait atleast 10 min before a consulted answered but this wasn't the case. First thumbs up. 2ndly the consultant I dealt with was extremely helpful and made reporting the claim simple for me .
