Burst Geyser Claim

I am a short term insurance policy holder with the above company via their business subsidiary Virseker. I recently had a burst geyser at my home and registered my claim with Virseker at around 9h30 in the morning. The claim was approved within an hour and the contractor was on site within two hours of the approval being conveyed. The contractor was superb in their execution and quality of work. They also left the site immaculately clean. The entire experience from dealing with the Virseker consultants who kept me continually appraised of progress to ensuring the on sight efficiency of the contractor was an experience to behold.
