Bullies in the insurance industry
My mum, a pensioner, received a premium update from Auto & General with a 25% increase. The increase is exorbitant and unaffordable and is inconsistent with the much lower increase in insured values. An e-mail was sent to Auto& General last month and this was ignored. Auto & General have gone ahead instead and debited her account for a premium she did not agree to nor can afford!
